Free 30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return—absolutely free.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
With tags and proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

⚠️ Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and send a replacement or full refund right away.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
Pet food, treats, or consumables
Custom or personalized products
Opened grooming or personal care items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The easiest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
